The mission of EndoLogic LLC is to design, develop, and market new patented technologies in the pharmaceutical and medical devices field. EndoLogic will strive to build a robust relationship through its employees with the healthcare communities throughout the world to work at challenges encountered in delivering the highest quality of care and become a leading biopharma technology company.

Our Leadership

Zamir S. Brelvi MD, PhD.

Co-Founder and CEO

Zamir Brelvi MD, PhD., a US trained gastroenterologist and academic researcher with a vast experience in endoscopic procedures and device development. Dr. Brelvi received his PhD and MD from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1991, followed by post graduate training in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology at UMDNJ-University Hospital. Board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, Dr. Brelvi has been listed as a “Top Doctor” by the NJ Monthly magazine for several years.

With his knowledge, experience and a dedicated research team numerous improvements to currently available devices and innovative new devices for endoscopic procedures are planned.

Kamal Dutta MD, FACOG, FACS.

Co-Founder and President

Kamal Dutta MD, FACOG, FACS, a U.S. trained gynecologist has more than 30 years of experience in pelvic surgery and in designing and developing hand equipments for laparoscopic surgery. Besides his clinical practice, he also operates a Regional Medical Center in Kolkata, India. Dr. Dutta is board certified in Gynecology and he is one of the very few doctors who have been honored with both the Fellowships of the ‘American College of Surgeons’ as well as the Fellowship of the ‘American College of Gynecologists’.

With his experience and business acumen and his product development team EndoLogic hopes to “improve healthcare through innovation”.

Both Dr. Dutta and Dr. Brelvi are proud recipients of the prestigious “Hind Rattan” (Jewel of India) awards.

William Don Huggins

Vice President, Operations

Mr. Huggins has a BS degree in Business management and a MBA from the University of South Carolina. Don Huggins joined the EndoLogic management team in 2015 as the Vice President of Operations. With over thirty years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, Don has held senior executive positions in operations and sales & marketing with global companies such as Covidien, Becton-Dickinson, Cardinal Health, Catalent, and more recently Aphena Pharma Solutions. Don's operational experience involves the manufacture, packaging and distribution of all drug dosage forms; following cGMP's and FDA regulations; and servicing the institutional, retail, private label, and government contracts markets. In his sales & marketing positions, Don was involved in the launch and commercial supply of many Rx and OTC drugs, including name brands such as Enbrel, Mucinex, Claritin, Pepcid Chewable, Advil, Flu Mist and Celebrex.

Marilyn Cuellar-Fernandez

Head of Corporate Relations

Marilyn has been with EndoLogic since its inception. She brings almost 2 decades of office and corporate administration experience. Being bilingual is an asset for her when dealing with our International clients.
